We are saddened to announce the departure of our Physician Assistant
Caroline Tuchowski. She and her family have decided to move back to
northern Michigan, where they are originally from. Her last day in the
clinic will be February 28th, 2025. Please be assured that your care and
medication refills will be transferred to Dr. Thakor of Kelli McKay-PA-C.
Please call the office at 970-267-9799 to schedule an appointment with
Caroline prior to her last day or to reschedule your appointment with one
of our other providers.

I have truly enjoyed working with you at the Arthritis & Rheumatology
Clinic of Northern Colorado. It was an absolute honor to serve you. This
move comes with mixed emotions, as the ARCNC ws my professional home for
the last 7 years. I hope to continue to work in Rheumatology in Michigan,
as there is a need for Rheumatology providers.

exceptional care through Dr. Thakor and Physician Assistant Kelli McKay".
